Returns Policy
We at SANDYBUUM understand that your online order may not always satisfy your requirements, so for this reason, we are happy to offer you a store credit, subject to the following conditions.
• Return your item/s within 7 days of receiving your parcel, as per tracking.
• The item/s must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liner attached.
• The item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks or stains (including fake tan and makeup) and without any sign of odour (including perfumes)
• If all return conditions are not met, the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
• Only faulty items will be refunded in full. We have extremely high quality controls; however, if on the rare occasion that you happen to find a fault, please return the item to our warehouse for inspection within 7 days of receiving your parcel, as per tracking.

Once your concerns have been lodged in our portal, you will receive an email from our team member. Please note, all customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and monitoring their parcel via their return tracking number. SANDYBUUM does not provide a return label.
• Please allow up to 3 business days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse for your store credit or refund to be processed. SANDYBUMM is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
• If you purchased your item during a discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
